Another alternative to conducting a specific home search is by property type. We've broken it down into three of the most commonly searched property types: Single Family Residences, Condos/Town Homes, and 2-4 Units properties. This tool has simplified the searching process for our consumers to easily browse through listings of a particular property type that will fit their unique living situations.

Single Family Residences (SFRs):

The most commonly sought-out properties. These homes are meant to house a single family.

Condos/Town Homes:

These are individually owned properties that are part of a multi-unit complex. Town homes are built to mimic detached homes.

2-4 Units:

Properties which contain multiple units. Also known as Duplexes, Tri-plexes, etc. These are sought out as income properties or multi-family properties.
